2940 RX Power Input

I see that the maximum power input to the USRP-2940 RX ports is -15 dBm. 

Is that the average power rating? 

Is there a peak power rating?

There is not a specefication for peak power input of this USRP. However it is advised to stay beneath -15dBm.
