That lab manual is a product that we sell as part of the USRP teaching bundle. The web page you linked is a sample chapter for people interested in what the bundle contains.

Are you guys students looking for the exercises or educators who have purchased/interested in the USRP teaching bundle? I'm happy to help out either way, just want to be careful what copywrited source material I go distributing. And then there's the lab solutions 😉
