USRP Software Radio
I want to run USRP-RIO (USRP-2953R) on LabVIew, but my PC doesn't recognize it.

I'm planning to use USRP-RIO (USRP-2953R) to do a research on communication at university. I inserted the PCIe-8371 into the PCIe slot of my PC, and downloaded LabView2021 32-bit version and NI-USRP, but the USRP is not recognized. There were four USRP-RIOs and four PCIe-8371s, but all of them failed.
The motherboard I am using is ASUS ROG STRIX Z590-A GAMING WIFI, memory is 16GB of DDR4, CPU is intel CELERON G5905, SSD is 1TB M2. NVMe. We have confirmed that the system requirements are met.
What we did
Downloaded LabView and NI-USRP.
I turned on the USRP before booting the PC, but it was not recognized in the device manager.
What should I do to run USRP in LabView?
