The problem of USRP-2952R connect Labview nxg 5.0
Hello everyone,there are 3 problems,please help me.
1.NI MAX can't find USRP device name
In the past, USRP was used in the labview project to find the device name corresponding to the slot on the chassis through NI MAX. The device name is usually named "RIO0" "RIO1". Under normal circumstances, the device name can be viewed in NI MAX, then in the labview project, you can fill in the device name in the area circled in the figure below, or use the drop-down list to select the device name.
But after I upgraded labview nxg to 5.0 using ni package manager, the device name of USRP was not found in NI MAX. Then I don't know how to connect USRP in the labview project.
As you can see in the figure above, there is no RIO device name in the drop-down list.
The picture below is a screenshot of NI MAX. You can see that the driver of USRP-2952R should be installed normally. But I don’t know why there is no such device name as "RIO0", or how to fix this problem so that I can successfully connect to USRP in the labview project
2. There will be such an error pop-up window when booting, I don’t know if it is related to the above problem
3. When using labview nxg 5.0, there will be a compilation error, it should be that the USRP related modules have not been installed successfully. But using 4.0 does not have this problem.
These problems have troubled me for several days, I’ll be very grateful to who can help me.
