The synchronization of USRP X310,how to deal with the question about frequency offset

Hi to all,recently i am doing a project about synchronizing two USRP X310，I add a training sequence before data,In the receiver,using the same training sequence to find the begining of data,then eatimating the frequency offset and recovering the orignal data,but the outcome can not estimate it correctly.Can someone give me some advise? Thanks very much
