I have two TwinRX daughter cards plugged in to a X310.
AGC has three settings: Default, Enabled, and Disabled.
When set to Enabled or Disabled, I get an error.

RuntimeError: RuntimeError: NotImplementedError: set_rx_agc() is not supported on this radio!
Is there an AGC loop on the TwinRX?
