I am not familiar with SBS's hardware, so my suggestions for this problem are limited. To communicate to VXI/VME resources in LabVIEW, you generally use VISA or driver calls. SBS would need to provide you with either some sort of driver for their hardware that you can call in LabVIEW, or a passport .dll for VISA that would let our VISA software communicate with their board. I suggest contacting SBS and asking how to use their products with LabVIEW.
As an alternative, if you continue using MXI-2 this is not a concern, since the drivers are made to work with MAX and LabVIEW.
