Quiting user interface causes blocking of interrupt handeling

When 2 or more VISA aplications works simultaneously and controls its own VXI hardware, closing one of them results other aplication to stop handling interrupts. It happens when tne first application is quiting their graphical interface QuitUserInterface()and not earlier. Thanx a lot.
Configuration:
Windows 98, CVI/LabWindows 4.0.1,PCI-MXI-2

It sounds like you are using a very old version of the NI-VXI driver. This was a known bug several years ago. You should download the NI-VXI 3.2 driver by going to the following web page:
