I know how to use the .net api to control the VeriStand Engine with VS running.
After the model exec is running on the target, i want to display the value in my own C++ application, can i get data from target without keeping veristand running?
The answer could yes and no. VeriStand gateway must be running as a process to handle communication with the target(s). Yet, VeriStand window could be somehow hidden by programmatically launching the gateway. This is an unsupported feature as of now, but you might want to read this thread !
