Deployment: Change Order

Hi,

I just wanted to know. Is there any possibility to configure Veristand somewhere in the system definition the order of deployment?

Here is the situation. I have e.g., several custom devices installed on system definition:

1. Custom Device A

2. Custom Device B

3. Custom Device C

I want to ensure the order of deployment as the following:

1. Custom Device B

2. Custom Device C

3. Custom Device A

so, back to the question. Is that possible to do it? how?

Hi,

the order in sysdef xml file matters...

To expand on Jiri's comment, the order of the custom devices in the System Definition XML is the order that the custom devices will deploy. The custom devices should be in the order that they were added to the System Definition.

You can either remove and re-add the Custom Devices in the order that you want deployed or you can manually edit the XML.
