Primary Control Loop and DIO Loop

Hi, 

I am using a X-series card with Veristand 2011. I need to acquire some  AI and DI together. It looks like the AI will be taken care of by the Primary loop, which is fine for our purpose for now. But what about the DI. It looks like the DIO loop runs as a decimation rate from the Primary loop. So here are the questions:

• How can I set the decimation rate so that I control the rate of the DIO? 
• Can I set the decimation to 1, so both Primary and DIO Loop have the same iteration speed, and presumably can be set to be in sync?

Hi,

You can control the DIO in VS 2010 -> System Explorer -> Targets -> <Controller> -> Target Decimation -> DAQ Digital Lines.

In my VS 2010 system, "1" is the default value for DAQ decimation.
