VeriStand does not output PWMs

I am deploying my project to a remote PXI so it shouldn't be running on Windows. I'm not sure what changed between compilations that caused this to occure, but I have restarted the PXI as well as VS and LabVIEW.

Are you sure youre using the latest bitfile in both places (NIVS and LV)? I could imagine that error if LV was trying to run a new bitfile instead of connecting to the already running one.

You can also right click your build spec and do a signature check to make sure it doesnt need recompilation for whatever reason

That was it.  It was referencing the old bit file instead of the new one in VS.  Works just fine now.
