.7z extension is used by 7zip.  It is one of the best file compresion tools available and it is free.  See:

And yes you are right I should have uploaded each file.

I know about the program, I don't use it by choice.  I will always use .zip archives on public forums becuase it is the most widely used and natively supported archive.
