Not connection between CAN board and mP

Hello
I have a NI CAN Card High Speed CAN and a mikroprocesor Silicon Labolatories with 8051 procesor and i must connect them a CAN bus..
but its not working..i have the same baudrate -500kb and a 120 ohm resistor on the cable (but only from the NI Card side because on the 8051 board there is a 120ohm resistor )and there is no communication..i check in the NISpy and the program is working..on the 8051 program is working so..i dont know what is going on..mayby i must connect all the pin in the cable - because i only connect CAN_L and CAN_H pin and GND..
the Silicion Labolatories starter kit is C8051F040 DK..

Can you clarify what is not working about your system? You said that the 8051 program is working. Are you not seeing data? Or seeing any errors? Are you missing data? Can you post what you see in NI-Spy?

From the NI-CAN Hardware and Software Manual, page 4-2, the only pins that you need to wire will be pins 2, 3, and 7 (CAN_H, CAN_L, and CAN reference ground). The bus should be internally powered if you're using a Series 2 High Speed CAN card.
