you can define your own shortcuts. See the end of the linked document (two posts above). With this option you only need your already known c function names. 🙂

One of our sales guys refers to it as Quick Draw.  I'm gonna stick with Quick Drop, since I came up with the name, and I had a helluva time convincing our documentation people to let me use that name instead of "Place Object By Name".
