Yes we can. Eventhough my native is Crackers City (Yes, its the world famous Sivakasi), i know quite few things only. But here is something new this year.

Every year during Diwali my uncle came and put one shop near Parrys(chennai) and also near Pookadai station (near central, chennai). For last 2 years crackers market were high in Kerela (another state near to Tamilnadu) and so he was busy there. I miss him since i purchase lot of crackers for very high discounts for all my friends.

Yes MUKS. There is one big shop named Nagoor (check the spelling?) but if you ask somebody they will immediately tell you the place.

I will get lot of free cases (bundles) delivered to my home in Sivakasi (not in chennai) itself. Since most of the people in sivakasi are all relatives to themselves. I mean to say by caste, community (Nadar). All people will get lot of crackers freely.

Edit: That shop named Nagoor is in Parrys itself. Did you heard about it?
