Hot dog? 😄
Yes, they eat fermented shark on Iceland, just like fermented herring is eaten in Sweden. It's not too many that eats it nowadays, but once it was a conservation method and a choice during the harsher winter. Smells horrible, there's some fun videos on the 'tube where some texans try to eat it. 🙂 Jamie Oliver has also tried it, and left the table when they opened the can.

About fermentation: Isn't nature generous, each sugar molecule is split into two alcohol ones 😄
and fermented wine perfectly fits to fermented milk

I guess that depends on if you refer to yogurt, old milk or cheese. 🙂

On Saturday they showed several images from the National High Magnetic Field Laboratory during the Florida State Football game, and I think I might have seen our own Scott Hannahs. Unfortunately, no rewind to slow it down and check. I wasn't paying attention, had the TV on for background noise while working on a LabVIEW program.

Most companies just delete the comments and pretend they were never filled in, or ignore it.
Got one that circled it and wrote "What??" next to it. ![]()
Every now and then you get a company that'll actually do it. Giraffes, ninjas, octopus... and now a penguin. ![]()
They're usually the companies with helpful people on the line when you call them, too. ![]()
