Well looks like Australia won 2:1, and Germany won 1:0
So that'll be Germany and Ghana through for group D.
If only Ghana had won, Australia could have progressed.
Guess I need to pick a team to go for now.

If you don't think it is fun to play until there is a winner, without some silly tie breaker, you should be following the Isner-Mahut tennis match right now. Almost 10 hours and counting.
Edit: Now suspended until tomorrow, bummer.
"John Isner and Nicolas Mahut have been trying to reach the second round of Wimbledon for two days and the score — read it carefully — stands at 4-6, 6-3, 7-6, 6-7, 59-59."
"Play began Wednesday with a fifth set that was eventually suspended because of fading light after 7 hours, 6 minutes on court. In total the match has been in play for exactly 10 hours."
That is seriously cool.

What I realised today is that the large number of teams (32) always makes sure there are some surprises in the tournament.
I am trying to think about other team world championships that has a number of contestants over 16, but cannot make one up.
Anyone got an idea?

The octopus is still needed for the forecast of the next match, muks. (I don't know who invented the game with the octopus. But this octopus is popular in Germany. Would be some kind of regicide to kill him.)
And Ton: Well done, so far. Good luck for sunday.
