Not able to register for online CLD Exam

I am having trouble registering for the online CLD exam through PSI. There are no available dates when I can take the exam except for this upcoming week. Other than that, there are no other dates that are available on the PSI calendar for the rest of the year. I tried changing my desired exam date but still no luck. 

I doubt they are actually fully booked. 

anyone else have issues? I want to take the exam on may 2.
