Thank for your suggestion, but..
i try to write a selftestprogramm to be run by the enduser who is not
familiar with the great possibilities of MAX. Check the connection to the
gate inputs via a
few diolines is just one step in that lv written selftestapplication.
I would have liked to use one of the plenty low level vi´s supporting the
e-series
to get a closer look at the state of the pfi lines.
If that is not possible, I would see myself forced to do a gated counting
just to see
the pfi lines working, by taking a look at the different countervalues that
turn up.
Nevertheless thank you for your thoughts on solving my problem
