Counters on PCI-6601 can be initially synchorized?

I'm trying to generate 2 pulse train with 2 counters.
Is it possible that 2 counters start generating pulse train at the same time.
When I used NI PCI-6024E, the counter_2 started little bit later than counter_1.
I need counters which have initial synchronization.

Yes, the NI-TIO counter chip used on the NI 660x devices does support a start trigger. You did not mention which development environment you are using, but the Generate Pulse Train - Start Trig (NI-TIO).vi example available in LabVIEW demonstrates how to implement a start trigger.
