How can I generate a user specified pulse train with 6608 ??

I input the IRIG-B signal and PPS signal of a GPS into a 6608, and i want to generate a specified pulse train, i.e.,the duty cycle and period of the pulse train is specified. Is there any examples about this question!???thank s a lot!
