Hi Ben,
Any new PCI-6602 is compliant with the PCI 2.2 specification with a 3.3 volt bus. If you have a older board, then I would want to check the serial number to make sure you had a more recent revision number. All of the boards were re-designed to work the PCI 2.2 specification when it came out, but some older manufactured boards would not work with it. Please let me know if you need further help.
