Problem DAQ Assistent in Loop

HI there,

I'm using labview and the DAQ assistent ro read 2 voltage channels with a frequency of 3000 hz. The DAQ assitent works properly when i only use 1 while loop in the whole program but as soon as i put another while loop parralel to the other while loop. The first while loop gets very slow and the DAQ assistent cant read all the signals.

Is somebody familiar with this problem?

I have attached a VI (Labview 7.1) which I think implements what you seem indicate as the problem

I ran this and watched the inidcators flash merily (indeed quickly for the parallel loop), perhaps this will have the same issue on your system?
