What is the input impedance on the new NI 6624 counter/timer devices?

On my 6602's specs, I've found that its input impedance is 25k (ohm) to 500k (ohm). I couldn't find this data on the new 6624's specs. Is this data avalilable? Thank you.

The input impedance of the 6624 is variable versus applied voltage since it consists of a current limiter. For example, at 5V the current can be anywhere between 2.2 mA and 10mA so the impedance would be 5 divided by the current value (500 to 2.3k Ohms).

Hope this helps.
