Fails to write header information

hello,

 I've encountered a new problem.  Periodically DasyLab fails to write the header information in my asci file.  Which is rendering the file unreadable for post processing.  This seems to happen when my file exceeds 8 or 9 GB. 

I can get around this by editing the asci file with a text editor and pasting in a header from another file.

Any suggestions?
