How i can calculate the integral of peak area

I am acquiring a real time signal from UV detector in HPLC system.

do you have any recomendation that how i can calculate the integral of peak area by using DASYLAB

I am sorry for the delay in answering your post. I must have missed it.

Use a trigger module and a relay module to isolate the peak from the rest of the signal, then use the Differentiation/Integration module to compute the area under the curve. Note that it computes from zero.
