setup value as a variable

Hi,

I am trying to use the select values module with predefined positions. For the determine position, I selected the time/frequency. In predefined position value: I would like to pick up the value at the oscillating frequency for example, 200 Hz. If I put the 200 Hz in, it works fine. But, when I put the ${VAR_1} in, it doesn't work. Why?? ${VAR_1} is the input oscillating frequency that I set.

Thank you in advance,

Jane

It works okay on my system.

What version of DASYLab do  you have?

Could you post the worksheet as well?

I have version 11. I think I've made something wrong on writing global variable (put the signal in the wrong channel).

How are you storing your variable?

Posting your worksheet would be helpful.

Could we have the DASYLab file?

In any case, how do you trigger the latch?  Also why is there a write  variable module.

If we could look at the DLab file we could help better.
