Copy Plot to Clipboard?

Hello,

Is there a way of copying an individual plot from View or Report to the clipboard please?  (I know you can copy the whole Report page to the clipboard).

Hi Martin,

There is no way to copy a particular graph to the clipboard.  You can copy the whole REPORT sheet to the clipboard, or in newer DIAdem versions you can copy a particular REPORT object like a graph to VIEW.  I'd recommend using a nice picture cropping program like SnagIt to carve out the part you want.  DIAdem does not support embedding its REPORT objects in other programs such as Word, so in all events you're just getting a static image in the other program.

Hi Brad,

Thank you for the reply.  I had thought of using a screen capture tool, which I'll now do, I just wanted to check if there was a more elagant way of doing it.

I will add this to the ideas list - it is such a simple thing I'm really suprised DIAdem cannot do it.  I must admit, for the ~£6k we spent on our concurrent professional license I would really expect it to 🙂
