DIAView.dll could not be loaded / Failed to load dll: DIAView.dll : 2020 SP1 / 2019 SP1

Hi,

Since many tiles I got an issue with DIAdem. It crashes when I go on "View" Tab:

Nothing is loaded, I just start DIAdem and I click on "View" tab (I still got example data in Data Portal).

If I try to open DIAdem Settings I got a similar issue:

but DIAdem doesn't crash and close. Setting windows opens but right column is empty:

I got this issue in 2019 SP1 version and I try to solve it by installing 2020 SP1 version, without success.

I don't remember doing anything related to DIAdem in this computer. I closed some NI startup services (DataFinder, NI Device Monitor etc.) but even if I relaunch them I still have this crashing issue.

This error is not really verbose so I don't know want to do or where to start from. Someone could help please?

Hello,

That's it !!! You save my day (and way more).

I already had the "Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015" (x68 only) installed but the "c:\Windows\System32\vcomp140.dll " was missing. 😮

I just had to made "repair" on my add/remove software to have it back. And now I can go on the DIAdem's "View" tab. 😎
