Diadem and DAC Acquire Data, Visualize Acquire Data

Hi!! Please help me!!!

I have the Diadem Version 11, and have 7 tags, 1 Tag is the Navigator the 2 tag is View, the 3 tag is Analysis the 4 tag is Report, 5 tag is DAC the 6 tag is VISUAL, the 7 tag, but the tag 5 an tag 6  are inactive, what I need to do for active this tags and why I have this tag inactive.

Hello Kaliman,

There are two different installers of DIAdem. One includes the DAC/VISUAL panels (for a total of 7 panels) and one that does not include the DAC/VISUAL panels (for a total of 5 panels). 

The DAC/VISUAL panels are usually only sold to customers in Germany/Europe (some exceptions apply). The DAC/VISUAL panels are the data acquisiton and real time display panels for DIAdem; DAC can be compared to the LabVIEW block diagram functionality and VISUAL can be compared to the LabVIEW front panel functionality.

In order to have access to the functionality of the DAC and VISUAL panels, you have to have a license file that includes the data acquisition options for DIAdem. Please check if your DIAdem license includes DAC and VISUAL. If you didn't purchase these options, they will remain grayed out. If you did purchase these options, please contact your local NI office (http://www.ni.com/niglobal/) and request a new license file from the tech support group.

If you are not planning on using the DAC/VISUAL parts of DIAdem, please get the non-DAC version of DIAdem. You can download the latest version here: https://lumen.ni.com/nicif/us/evaldiadem81/content.xhtml
