Interesting, and now we understand the motivation for a single FFT over the entire bandwidth. Given the frequency range of the sweep, you can lowpass filter the data and decimate in order to reduce the amount of data input to the FFT.
I am more familiar with LabVIEW and the Sound and Vibration Measurement Suite (www.ni.com/trysv/). There are several examples and, specifically, a new example that uses a slow, continuous sweep to measure frequency response. You can measure the frequency response as the data is acquired. You still have the option to take the data to DIAdem for post processing, visualization, and report generation.

Hi Ulrich & Doug,
I have tried the all possible way to get my result, doing all these trial has given me a fair idea to do the FFT in some different manner. Still I didn't get the result as per my expecatation but with certain ammount of Inaccuracy its working.
Thanks to both of you to give me all the possible ways to get my result.
Thanks,
Deepak
