Unfortunately there is no prepared function for the allan deviation. So you will have to do the analysis manually, in individual steps. I am not sure about how the deviation is actually calculated but a function that might help you with that is "Calculate Differences" from "Basic Mathematics" in ANALYSIS. That will give you an new channel with delta Y values. You can then use the Calculator for calculations like squaring and taking the root.
