Hi Lan,
You might try turning off video acceleration in your video card settings, I've seen that fix this problem on some computers. Note that Insight is a visualization only tool-- it does not carry out any analysis, so there is nothing it can do with the "simulation analysis files" other than visualize data that you may have generated with simulation.

Hi Shazlan,
I have forwarded your scenario on to R&D, and the first question they asked was whether you're using Windows XP or Windows VISTA.

Hi Lan,
I'm afraid it is the cause of the problem. I checked with R&D, and they said that INSIGHT has never been tested on VISTA and is not rated to run on VISTA. Is there any chance you can find a Windows XP or 2000 computer around there somewhere?

Hi Lan,
Only the latest version of DIAdem, 10.2, is VISTA compatible. All previous versions of DIAdem were not VISTA compatible. Most NI software applications became VISTA compliant this (2007) calendar year, but there was no release of INSIGHT this year, so the INSIGHT code base is still not compatible with VISTA.
Also, DIAdem and INSIGHT are completely different products. The term DIAdem-INSIGHT is pure marketing branding.
Sorry for the bad news,
