Really, if that TDR is able to make a PDF file, then the LV vi I sent should make it as well. 

Have tried all the basic's I know.

I did attach the PDF file I made from the VI just to show you how it will look once it works.

please try the default settings of the DIAdem Report VI like this:
(Set Built-in layout template to "XY Graph (landscape)")

Result: myReport.pdf => LV 2012, DIAdem 2012 SP1 both english version

Does it work?
When not please start DIAdem and try again.

Please also try the following modification of "lv_diadem_01.vi":
(The option "Delete DIAdem contents" is initialized with "true")


My result pdf is similar to the screenshot above.
