Convert Event - make the new MHL frame option

When refactoring "Request" events into "Request and wait for Reply" events the scripting tools always create a new MHL case. If just wanted to modify the existing event I need to copy reply code, delete the new MHL case and add the reply code to the old MHL case.. 

It would be much better if the new MHL frame would be a checkbox option and the normal behavior is that the reply code just gets added to the original MHL case 

In the helper loop this already works and the reply gets directly wired.

After consideration and discussion, we decided to decline this feature request.

The Consortium and the DQMH members agree that there's a high risk of breaking things when modifying existing code with scripting. We decide that the  effort needed for this feature is not worth taking that risk.

We really appreciate your input, declining the idea does not mean it didn't help us fine-tune the scope of DQMH and reconsider our strategy. Please keep those ideas coming 😉
