Count edges of AI signal with NI 9221

Hi,

I'm trying to count edges of an AI signal that are acquired with an NI-9221 on a cDAQ. The average frequency is about 1kHz.

I'm acquiring the signal with 10kHz but don't get the right amount of edges. 

Is there any solution for this problem. I know, of course it would be easier to use a CTR-modul but my signals doesn't fit with the specs.

didn't get proper waveform.i called custumercare but i didn't get proper solution.Its urgent for me. please send me the

program. I attached both waveform(actual and waveform which get thruogh cRIO).
