Digital Multimeter Help files are empty

the Digital Multimeter Help files as found at the following link:

i save zip file locally, extract the files, but all the help files are empty.   it looks like a dead webpage on every single page.

what am i doing wrong?

Are you working with a Windows OS, as the help files are Windows Compiled HTML Help (CHM) files?
