Generating and aquiring 1.8V signals from NI Digital I/O boards

I need to test a chip with a digital I/O data aquisition board (PXI6533). This board, like all NI digital I/O, support standard 5V TTL I/O. But my chip has a 1.8V power supply. I saw a solution for 3.3V applications that uses a voltage shifting chip. Is there something similar for lower voltages like 1.8V?

The 6533 board recognizes a state as high as long as the voltage is within the 2V and 5V range. So, if you can connect an external amplifier to push the voltage to that range you will be able to use the 6533 board on your test.
Hope this helps.
