Hello,

I have some questions to ask to help us understand some of the surrounding circumstances for this issue.

  • Can you verify the driver version of HSDIO that you are using?
  • What OS are you on? 32-bit or 64-bit?
  • Are you using any other versions of LV on this machine?
  • Is this the first time you've encountered this issue? Was it working before you installed LV 2010 drivers?
  • What HSDIO hardware are you using?

Thank you.

Hello. niajel.dll is related to NI-TClk although NI-HSDIO does not use it specifically. Are you using some TClk functions?

Also, what other PXI device driver are installed on the system? Could you give a MAX system report?

thank you, Kyle for your response:

answers to you questions.

I am using HSDIO 2.0

OS is 64 bit

I am using LV2010 and LV2012 32 bit

Previously it was working fine with 1.9.0 and while updating to 2.0 it is showing some error.

PXI 6556

attached Error information for reference.

Tried uninstalling 2.0 and installing 1.9.0, In 1.9.0 also now it is showing same error in all the labVIEW versions.

What is niajel.dll where it is located?
