MAX 2.2 can not find Agilent E5810 gateway

I installed Agilent E5810 LAN/GPIB gateway and verified OK according to installation. However with NI-VISA 2.6 and related passport config, MAX 2.2 still can not see the gateway. Do you know why?

Hello,
The Agilent LAN/GPIB gateway will not show up in MAX. MAX only displays National Instruments devices. As long as you have installed it properly, and can talk to programmatically, you should be fine.

My point is that Labview will not talk to the HP gateway if MAX can not see the gateway exist.
Does the solution in the doc 2Q2E1UPG solve my problem?

I've done all what's written in trouble shooting
