NI-6534 interface to USB port

I have been using the NI-6534 for my data acquisition. Is there some way to connect it to the USB port of a laptop. My applicating requires me to be able to get some data outside where I cannot lug around a PC, so am looking for an accessory that can help me interface the present DIO card directly to the USB port of my laptop without having to buy a new usb card altogether and adapting my code to that.

Hi SM35,

Your best bet with switching to a USB device will with the new M Series USB. These are currently our only USB devices that support hardware timing. I recommend taking a look at the specifications to see if they will work with your application.
