creating a pulse for reading analog value

I want to create a pulse using c# to read the analog value. I am working on pxi 1073 chassis, pci 6229 daq card and pcie 8361 controller card. I want to do a 15 V test in which when i start the test, a pulse is generated ( the pin gets high for some instant) which reads the analog value. but in my case the pulse is not generating and its showing 5V constant on multimeter. Can anyone guide me how to generate a pulse in c#.

Have you tried the C# examples that come with DAQmx ?
