my 9485 is giving me direct output,

i am using ni9485 module. as it gives that it can give 1.2 A per channel upto 4 channels, so i connected my load according to the instruction given and it was working correctly but from today its started giving me direct output in 2 channels where i connected my loads, please reply me urgent what is problem or how can i remove this problem because i m using it in my project work and i have to work with it urgently.

Can you please clarify what you mean by direct output?

What kind of devices are your loads?

direct output means output is in on always, relay switch is not working, its not going to  be off.

i think its hardware problem but i don't know why this problum occured, my loads are within range, from last 15 days it was working correctly, suddenly this problem started.

Do you have reverse biased diodes across the relay coils?
If not, a high voltage spike (Back EMF) will occur every time you remove power to the coils which may damage the card.
