USB-4065 DMM loader driver issue

Hi, I had installed NI-DMM 2025 Q3 and connected USB-4065 to my laptop with Window 11 Pro OS. However, my device manager show the usd loader issue and MAX NI did not detect the USB-4065. 

Event viewer log details show as below:

This is odd. It could either be a driver installation problem or a hardware problem with the DMM. Are you sure the DMM is ok? Did this computer ever work with a USB-4065 before?

Please try to rule this out by:

1. trying the device on another PC
2. trying a different USB-4065 that is known to be functional on this PC

I had tried the same NI-4065 on another laptop. It can function properly. Thanks for your advice.
