ni 4050 working on dap device

Hello,
 
    i was searching all over the internet (maybe not all over) but with no answer to my question. does anyone know what can i do to make this DMM to work on a DAP device?
i have to develop a small program using evb but i can't register ni4050dll.dll. this is the correct dll?

Hi Silviu,

What operating system and DAP device are you working with?  There is a known issue with Pocket PC 2003.  I assume your device is a DAP technologies device, but please let me know if this is incorrect.

Hello Michael,

    Yes, it's a DAP Technologies device, and is running on Win CE 3.0 (build 126) operating system.

Please refer to the following link for information regarding how to configure your system to use a mobile device in conjunction with a 4050 DMM.

If you refer to Step 1 on this webpage, there is a downloadable driver for the 4050 which works with the LabVIEW PDA module.

If you refer to Step 4 on this webpage, there are example programs that can be downloaded that could help you get started. 

While a 4050 coupled with a LabVIEW PDA module running on Pocket PC 2002 works, we have not documented any tests on Win CE 3.0.  However, the examples in step 4 could provide you a means to test your setup. 

Also, could you please provide more specifics on what kind of DAP Technologies device it is.  A model number would help us explore this issue further.   Good luck on your application and if you have any more questions, please let us know.
