simple shared variable

i have simple program as shown below...how can i make % of error become a shared variable in I/O server..i follow all the steps of "DSC getting started" manual but the % of error variable seem did not delpoy eventhough i have deploy all..it also mention about server failure on distributed system manager..

I don't see you calling shared variable in your block diagram.

Then, how can you update data to shared variable?
