HI Kabul,
Sorry I did not update my profile earlier, I was in UK when I registered. Right now I'm in Malaysia. Do you have any thoughts?

So this is fun for me in the U.S.
I know that you'll have success talking to our capable engineers, but as a follow-up (just for my own curiosity) I wanted to know the revision of your board. I believe my earlier post confused you. The revision is one letter. It is before the dash before the "01" you said. It should be something like "d" "e" "f" "g" "h", etc, but should not be later than revision J. Let me know if you get the chance (when your side of the world is awake )

Hi Ben,
I am a bit confused as to where the issue was left off. As I understand it, you have a PCI-4472 DSA card that when placed in a MAGMA Expansion Chassis and connected to your laptop returns an EEPROM error. Resetting the EEPROM using a DAQmx Calibration Information Node had no effect. All of your drivers are up to date. You have physically taken the PCI card and placed it in a PCI slot of a desktop computer and were able to use a test panel in MAX without error. However, you were only able to use the Traditional DAQ Configuration of your DSA card to run a test panel. Is this assessment correct? If not, please clarify.
When you say that you could not run anything on the DAQmx Configuration, either a self test or a test panel, what did you mean? Where the options greyed out and unavailable for selection or were you able to open a DAQmx test panel and just saw no signal? A screenshot might be beneficial.
Did you get in touch with National Instruments phone support to troubleshoot this or else have the card sent in for repair? What did they have to say?
Regards, Mallori M.
