CAN Jag implementation on Labview

We are trying to use the CAN interface for the new Jags with Labview.  We have downloaded the sample code and support VIs from SourceForge.  While we can get the demo code for two motor arcade drive to work, we need to be able to control individual motors.  We cannot find the Single motor Refnum save and recall, nor can we find a single motor drive VI.  Are we missing something or do we need to create our own VIs from the more sophisticated samples provided??
