E-stop always on

It seem that our E-stop button is always on.

We go from no robot code to Emergency Stopped without touching anything.

The LEDs in the E-stop button are rotating Blue-Red-Green.  When we press it, all the LEDs come on.

Anyone else ever see this?

One of the kids had hit the Stop button.

We had reloaded, but not powered off and re-booted.

I think that we shutdown the PC and restarted it.  It seems like the stop button survives restarting the PC.

Hello,

It is true that when the E-Stop has been hit the robot will be completely disabled until you reboot the robot.  It does not matter the status of the button after the robot has read that it has been hit.  This is a safety precaution to make sure you have complete control of the robot before it becomes operational again.

Please let me know if you have any further questions on this.  Have a great day!

Thanks!
